Meditation Classes

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. We do this by developing positive states of mind in meditation and integrating this experience into our daily life. Each of these classes is self-contained and includes guided meditation, a talk, and questions and answers. Everyone is welcome regardless of belief or previous experience.

General Program Classes ~ Meditation for Everyone

Our introductory classes provide you with tools for dealing with problems, such as stress and fear, and replacing them with positive minds, such as patience and love.

Each class includes a guided meditation, a short talk on how to use Buddha’s teachings to find inner peace and an opportunity to ask questions. Although each class is taught as part of a series, it is also self contained, so new comers are always welcome.

Tuesdays 7:00pm - 8:30pm
$9 per class. No pre-registration required.
