Mahamudra - The Four Seals
In general, all Buddhists assert four views: all products are impermanent; all contaminated things are the nature of suffering; all phenomena are selfless and only nirvana is peace. Because these views are irrefutable, they are called the four seals. In this guided retreat we will engage in meditations to gain a deep experience and understanding of these four profound topics.
