Spiritual Director - Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

The Spiritual Director of Mahasiddha Buddhist Center is Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, a highly respected meditation master and scholar born in Tibet in 1931. Teaching in the West since 1977, Geshe Kelsang is renowned for the purity and authenticity of his teachings and published works.

Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso is a fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism. After completing his preparation in Tibet he brought the essential practices of Buddhism to us.

Since 1977 he has written 20 highly acclaimed Buddhist books and founded over 1100 Buddhist Centers and groups throughout the world, thereby helping people find inner peace and happiness.
